Job Description

Public Relations Officer – Doha, QatarDolphin Group, a leading conglomerate in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Officer to manage our public image, develop communication strategies, and foster positive relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage press relationships.Craft compelling press releases, statements, and other communication materials.Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and other PR initiatives.Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and public sentiment.Manage crisis communications and develop response strategies for sensitive issues.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Organize and oversee corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities.Provide media training and support to company executives and spokespeople.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in public relations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in public relations or a similar role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Proven track record in media relations and crisis management.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their strategic use in PR.Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.Proficiency in press release writing and content creation.Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful PR campaigns and events.Strong analytical skills to evaluate PR efforts and media coverage.Experience in corporate communications preferred.Knowledge of Qatar's media landscape and cultural sensitivities.Familiarity with PR tools and software.Professional certifications (e.g., APR – Accredited in Public Relations) are a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Only Egyptian candidates, 35+ years of age.BenefitsFull-time employment, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic multinational environment.
