Private Equity Associate (Growth Equity)

Crescent Invests, the growth equity investment platform of Crescent Enterprises, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The role will focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments across the MENA region, with a primary emphasis on the UAE and KSA. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the full investment lifecycle and contributing to the long-term value creation of our portfolio companies.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.Support origination by researching market trends, mapping sectors, and identifying high-potential growth opportunities.Participate in due diligence and coordinate with advisors, management teams, and co-investors.Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal reports.Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational improvements.Build and maintain strong relationships within the investment and business community across the UAE and KSA.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of investing experience, ideally in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking with exposure to equity transactions.Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with proven transaction execution experience.Deep understanding of the MENA market, particularly UAE and KSA.Strong communication and presentation skills.Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
