Job Description Role Overview: As a key contributor to the private equity investment team, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of the investment process. Your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio management activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct industry and company research. - Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. - Build and maintain financial models. - Assist in the due diligence process. - Prepare investment memos and presentations. - Monitor portfolio company performance and report on key metrics. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking. - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills. - Experience with financial software and databases.
