Joining WSP means being part of a global network of experts, with access to world‑class resources and clear pathways for career progression.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) for complex projects.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams to provide integrated building services solutions.</li><li>Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.</li><li>Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal preparation, and presentations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 12 years of experience in building services design, with at least 5 years in the UAE.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, and sustainable design practices.</li><li>Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM tools.</li><li>Chartered Engineer status (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East Region.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
