Job Description As a Principal Full-Stack Developer at Dow, you will have the opportunity to lead and govern the enterprise application ecosystem, ensuring security, compliance, and modernization across Angular and .NET applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) by defining standards, best practices, and governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components. - Designing and developing enterprise applications using Angular, .NET Core, and Power Platform with a focus on scalability, security, and modernization. - Actively contributing to coding, solution design, and troubleshooting across all development phases. - Driving modernization initiatives to upgrade or re-platform legacy applications for improved performance, security, and cost efficiency. - Architecting and implementing secure, high-performing REST APIs and integrating them seamlessly with front-end applications. - Building scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Applying a product-centric approach to design solutions that are scalable, reusable, and adaptable for multiple business units and environments. - Implementing monitoring solutions to track KPIs, improve user experience, and reduce application maintenance costs. - Enforcing code review processes, defining development quality KPIs, and promoting best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in IT discipline OR minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. - Around 12 years of experience in full-stack development with Angular and .NET Core. - Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications, leading technical teams, and integrating AI and automation technologies. - Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Azure services. - Agile project management and SDLC leadership experience. - Front-End skills: Angular (Latest versions), Java/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Back-End skills: C#, .NET Core, RESTful API development. - Power Platform skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder. - Cloud skills: Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL. - DevOps skills: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. - Database skills: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB.
