About our client We are working with a leading Middle Eastern fund with a global investment remit, covering developed and emerging markets. They are looking for a real estate Principal / Director to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The organisation is extremely well funded and has significant funds available to invest across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit. The role will involve both direct co-investments and fund manager selection. What the job involves Research, analysis and execution of international real assets investments Real estate fund manager selection and co-investment due diligence Formulating new investment strategies Overseeing the building of financial models of potential investments Produce thorough investment memorandums to present to the investment committee Monitoring the current portfolio of investments Who we are looking for Significant experience in direct real estate investments (i.e. acquisitions) Experience of investing in developed markets First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills Candidates must have experience of working in a buy-side role Willingness to be based in the Middle East full-time #LI-OG1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
