Principal - Digital Services Lead (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha)

Requisition Number: 23640BRDescription:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Principal - Digital Services Lead to join our management consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading digital services, including digital consulting, digital solutions, and digital transformation projects, particularly in the infrastructure sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage digital consulting projects to enhance Program Management, asset management, maintenance management, customer service, networks management, information security management, service continuity management, and roads/water resource management.Design and implement integrated digital solutions such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Asset Management solutions, SCADA systems, and cloud-based backup solutions.Collaborate with various departments including marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and deploy technology strategies, organizational improvement plans, and iterative development plans.Lead cross-functional, international teams to achieve project objectives and improve organizational performance.Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to develop organizational capability and sustain improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital technology and project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in the infrastructure sector.Strong knowledge of designing and implementing digital solutions and services, including CRM systems, SCADA systems, and cloud-based solutions.Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring teams to develop organizational capability.Preferred Experience:Experience working in the Middle East, particularly in Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.Knowledge of international best practices in infrastructure resource management and digital transformation.Work Location(s): United Arab Emirates-DubaiEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Type: RegularJob Category: Consulting, Engineering Other#J-18808-Ljbffr
