The role blends hands-on controllership with a broader finance manager lens supporting business growth while ensuring robust risk and compliance frameworks. This is an individual Contributor role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Contribute in monthly quarterly and annual close processes across group entitiesEnsure accuracy completeness and timeliness of financial statementsLead group consolidation including eliminations inter-company reconciliations and FX translationDesign implement and monitor internal financial controls (IFC / SOX-like)Develop and maintain Risk & Control Matrices (RACMs) SOPs and control documentationIdentify control gaps drive remediation plans and strengthen preventive and detective controlsEnsure segregation of duties and governance across all finance processesAct as primary point of contact for statutory internal and group auditsOversee compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsLead or support ERP and consolidation system implementationsSupport new entity setups restructuring and business expansionPartner with FP&A Tax Legal HR and Operations teamsOversee inter-company agreements recharge mechanisms and transfer pricing supportMust Haves:Must Haves:CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification7 years of experience in controllership or financial control rolesStrong experience in multi-entity consolidation and reportingHands-on exposure to internal controls and audit managementWorking knowledge of IFRS.Attention to detail with ability to work in fast-scaling environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProcess improvement and automation orientationPreferred ExperienceExperience in startups consultancies or MNCsExposure to cross-border and multi-currency operationsERP implementation or optimization experienceIf you are interested in the position please apply via the link.
