This is a teaching and middle leadership role, reporting to the Head of Faculty – PE & Sports, with a strong focus on delivering engaging lessons and promoting a culture of participation, wellbeing, and sporting excellence.We Are Looking For Someone WhoHolds a relevant degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field, alongside a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and strong student outcomes across EYFS and primary PE.Demonstrates the ability to lead PE across early years and primary, while maintaining an active teaching timetable.Supports the implementation of a high‑quality, developmentally appropriate PE curriculum, ensuring progression, inclusion, and enjoyment for all students.Contributes to a vibrant extracurricular programme, including fixtures, events, and competitions.Promotes healthy, active lifestyles and a love of sport from early years through primary school.Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes to a positive, high‑performing team culture.Uses assessment and data effectively to support student progress and participation.Is enthusiastic, creative, and able to inspire young learners through sport and physical activity.Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.Is reflective, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.Embraces innovation, including the use of technology, to enhance PE teaching and learning.Acts as a positive role model, promotin
