Job Description
The Pricing & Sales Operations Manager will own the strategic pricing function, sales operations enablement, and sales forecasting for Casinetto's B2B and B2C channels as well as the Artisan Manufacturing, and all regional branches including UAE, KSA, and the upcoming Bahrain branch.Your primary responsibilitiesPricing Strategy & ManagementDevelop and maintain B2B, B2C, and manufacturing pricing policies, discount guidelines, and promotional strategies across UAE, KSA, and BahrainSet and manage transfer prices for ingredients from Casinetto to Artisan ManufacturingMonitor margins at both raw material and finished goods levelConduct competitive benchmarking across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing segments in each marketImplement approval workflows for special pricing requestsSales Forecasting & Financial PlanningDevelop and manage the annual sales budget in collaboration with Commercial Director and FinanceMaintain and review sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy through data-driven analysisMonitor sales performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and implementing corrective actionsCollaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate forecasting and reportingTrack forecast accuracy as a key performance metricSales Operations & EnablementStreamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessTrain sales teams in UAE, KSA, and Bahrain on price books, agreements, CRM usage, and approval processesDevelop and enforce best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoringEnsure compliance with pricing policies across all channels and regionsCRM & System ManagementMaintain account hierarchy (Group → Business Unit → Branch) in SalesforceEnsure correct linking of sales agreements, opportunities, and accounts across all regionsCoordinate ERP (SAP B1) and Salesforce data integrationUtilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales activities, pipeline, and performance metricsE-Commerce & Catalogue ManagementMaintain online product prices and promotional campaigns for UAE, KSA, and BahrainAlign B2C promotions with marketing plans and profitability goals in each countryEnsure ERP and e-commerce platform price synchronizationManage seasonal product uploads and replacementsManufacturing Pricing & Cost ControlWork with production to capture ingredient costs, labor, and overheadCalculate cost of goods manufactured (COGM) for each productPropose price updates for finished goods sold to CasinettoMonitor and report on manufacturing profitabilityEnsure manufacturing price changes are reflected in B2B/B2C price books across all regionsPerformance Analysis & ReportingBuild dashboards for pipeline, margin performance, price realization, and forecast accuracy by marketGenerate regular sales performance reports with insights and recommendationsTrack promotion ROI and manufacturing profitabilityConduct detailed analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementPresent findings and strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and profitabilityGo-to-Market ExcellenceOversee the entire go-to-market process for new product launchesCoordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet deadlinesAnalyze competition and identify market opportunitiesUnderstand and leverage market trends for pricing and product positioningCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing on integrated strategiesLiaise with Supply Chain for supplier price updates and cost managementCoordinate with regional teams to adapt pricing and forecasting to local market conditionsFacilitate communication between sales and other departments for cohesive effortsWhat you need to excelStrategic thinking with ability to balance short-term execution and long-term planningStrong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from complex dataExcellent communication and presentation skillsLeadership capabilities with ability to influence cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsUnderstanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapeAbility to work effectively across multiple countries and culturesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, pricing management, or financial planningStrong numerical and analytical skills with expertise in financial analysisIn-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly SalesforceHands-on experience with Advanced Excel, BI tools, pricing softwareProven track record in sales forecasting and budgetingExperience with e-commerce platforms and pricing strategiesProject management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
