Pricing & Cost Engineer - Value Analysis & ERP Pricing

Main PurposeSupport the Senior Cost Analyst in developing product price lists, preparing costing for customized units, and assisting Sales with all pricing-related requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Production, and Procurement on cost‑reduction and value‑engineering initiatives.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.Experience:Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Knowledge & Skills:Strong ERP system knowledgeProficient in data analysis, forecasting tools, and MS ExcelEffective communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail, self‑motivated, and task‑orientedHigh computer literacyBehaviours:Customer‑focused, results‑oriented, team player, strong time management, effective communicator.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and auditing product price lists to ensure alignment with catalogues.Prepare costing and pricing for customized equipment and special options.Support value engineering and value analysis initiatives.Review and update price lists based on design, material, and operational cost changes.Analyse raw material and component price fluctuations.Verify and approve Sales orders in the ERP system.Monitor Sales quotations and report pricing discrepancies.Audit BOMs and routing data to ensure complete and accurate pricing information.Coordinate with Procurement to update component price books.Ensure accurate standard costs for all items in ERP LN.Maintain documentation and weekly data backups.Perform Cost Planner duties when required.Execute any additional tasks assigned by management.QHSE & ExcellenceComply with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and standards.Deliver effective and professional service to all stakeholders.Support achievement of departmental objectives and KPIs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
