Presenter And Content Lead

<div><p>We are looking for a Dubai-based, bilingual (English/Arabic) female presenter to become the face of our content across YouTube and Instagram. This is not just a hosting role. You’ll shape the content, drive fan engagement, and help build one of the most exciting motorsport brands coming out of the region. Starting freelance / project-based, with a clear path to a full-time position.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li><b>On-Screen Presence</b><ul><li>Host interviews with drivers, influencers, partners, and fans</li><li>Present from events, garages, and live environments</li><li>Bring energy, credibility, and personality to TFA content</li></ul></li><li><b>Creative&Content Leadership</b><ul><li>Co-create content ideas with the Head of Comms</li><li>Lead fan activations (on-ground + digital)</li><li>Help shape formats (interviews, challenges, behind-the-scenes, etc.)</li></ul></li><li><b>Social&Community</b><ul><li>Manage and contribute to Instagram&YouTube content flows</li><li>Drive engagement (stories, polls, fan interactions, live moments)</li><li>Act as a bridge between TFAM and its audience</li></ul></li><li><b>Production Oversight</b><ul><li>Brief and direct editors on tone, pacing, and storytelling</li><li>Ensure content feels premium, fast, and culturally relevant</li><li>Stay hands-on from shoot ? edit ? publish</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Female, based in Dubai, ideally 25 –45</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (on-camera confidence in both)</li><li>Strong on-camera presence (presenter, host, or creator background)</li><li>Deep understanding of social-first content (especially IG TikTok&YouTube)</li><li>Creative instinct</li><li>Comfortable leading shoots and giving direction</li><li>Passion for sports, music, cars, motorsport, or performance culture is a strong plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
