The role is to be based in<strong>Abu Dhabi in Client office.<br><br></strong>Profile matching below criteria only will be contacted.<br><br><strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>The Presentation Designer&Video Maker/Editor will create high-impact presentations, motion graphics, and video content to support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project storytelling. The role combines advanced PowerPoint design with hands-on video editing and simple animation to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that align with brand and quality standards.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Presentation Design<br><br></strong>Design executive-level and stakeholder-ready PowerPoint presentations with a strong visual hierarchy and narrative flow.<br><br>Translate complex technical and project information into clear, visually compelling slides, diagrams, and infographics.<br><br>Develop custom visual elements (icons, charts, illustrations, templates) and maintain brand consistency across assets.<br><br>Standardize and continuously improve presentation templates, master slides, and a shared asset library.<br><br><strong>Video Production&Editing<br><br></strong>Plan and edit short-form videos (explainers, interviews, project updates, teasers, and event highlights).<br><br>Create motion graphics, text overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and simple 2D animations as needed.<br><br>Perform color correction, audio balancing, subtitling/captions, and overall quality enhancement.<br><br>Support scriptwriting and storyboarding; coordinate with stakeholders for assets, approvals, and timelines.<br><br><strong>Collaboration&Governance<br><br></strong>Work closely with leadership, engineering/project teams, and communications to clarify objectives and target audiences.<br><br>Adhere to brand guidelines and information sensitivity requirements; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.<br><br>Organize and maintain project files, templates, and asset libraries for efficient reuse and scalability.<br><br><strong>Skills&Experience<br><br></strong><strong>Design&Software<br><br></strong>Advanced PowerPoint (layouts, master slides, custom themes, charting, and visual storytelling).<br><br>Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (essential).<br><br>Ability to produce infographics, custom graphics, and simple 2D animations.<br><br><strong>Video&Motion<br><br></strong>Demonstrated experience editing corporate, training, or promotional videos.<br><br>Competence in motion graphics, titling, transitions, and visual effects suitable for corporate standards.<br><br>Optional but beneficial: basic camera operation and on-site shooting coordination.<br><br><strong>Professional Attributes<br><br></strong>Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards.<br><br>Strong time management; able to prioritize multiple concurrent requests and meet tight deadlines.<br><br>Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and service orientation.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<br><br>3–7 years of relevant experience spanning presentation design and video editing/motion graphics.<br><br>Experience in corporate/consulting/agency settings; exposure to energy or industrial sectors is a plus.<br><br><strong>Portfolio/showreel Demonstrating Presentations And Video Work (required).<br><br></strong><strong>KPIs / Success Measures<br><br></strong>Quality and clarity of visual storytelling in executive and stakeholder materials.<br><br>On-time delivery against agreed timelines and ability to manage multiple briefs.<br><br>Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to brand and confidentiality standards.<br><br>Efficiency improvements via templates, reusable assets, and streamlined workflows.<br><br><strong
