Presales-Principal Networking Technical Architect

Job Description As a Principal Networking Technical Architect at NTT DATA, your deep technical expertise plays a crucial role in transforming complex business requirements into robust network solutions. You will spend your day creating technology roadmaps aligned with strategic direction, business needs, and resource constraints. Your responsibilities include: - Leading the analysis and development of long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets current and future demands. - Partnering with clients as a trusted technical advisor, providing pre-sales support and crafting solutions to meet their specific needs. - Designing comprehensive solutions including physical domains, networking protocols, cloud services, and hardware in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Driving the development of technical specifications, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery, and overseeing proof of concept initiatives. - Producing detailed technical design documents, developing pricing formats, and creating network diagrams. - Influencing the sales team, managing client engagements, and ensuring technical solutions align with organizational capabilities and client needs. To excel in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of presales experience. - Deep understanding of network protocols, AI, topologies, and security. - Proficiency in routing and switching, wireless networks, and IP addressing. - Knowledge of IoT, big DATA, network management, quality of service, virtualization, and cloud computing. - Familiarity with key vendor subscription models such as Cisco EA 3.0. - Professional experience in software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure within a large-scale technology services environment. - Experience in project management methodologies and network management, including fault and performance management systems. - Extensive client engagement skills and technical consulting abilities. - Effective collaboration and communication skills with team members and stakeholders. - A bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
