Presales EngineerThe Presales Engineer is tasked primarily to provide pre‑sales technical support to customers by identifying their requirements and designing a commercially viable solution from within the company’s product portfolio. The role is responsible for support of KL members of sales team and channel partners in convincing customers about KL expertise and products win over competition, perform POCs with positive feedbacks. The role is mostly concentrated on end customers, but it is also involved in channel support facing activities.ResponsibilitiesBe the customer’s Technology Strategy Trusted AdvisorEnsures Selling Strategy aligns to the Technology Strategy and meets customers’ needsEstablish and drive the Strategic Technology Plan by tightly‑integrating customer priorities with Kaspersky Lab strategic capabilities & positioning Security vision across all customersAccelerate customer’s transition to the new product/s by ensuring their infrastructure is ready and the strategic technology plan supports a smooth transition.
