As part of Dubizzle Group, we operate within a network of brands committed to delivering the best digital experience in the market.As a Premium Residency Specialist in Investor & Visa Operations, you will play a key role in guiding investors and high‑profile clients through the Premium Residency (الإقامة المميزة) and Investor Visa processes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in immigration services and residency programs will ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients pursuing investment and long‑term residency opportunities.In this role, you will:ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on requirements and procedures for obtaining Premium Residency in Saudi Arabia.Assess eligibility of potential investors based on regulations and residency criteria.Coordinate with government entities such as MISA, MOFA, Qiwa, Muqeem, SBC, Riyadh Chamber and other relevant authorities to facilitate residency and visa applications.Communicate with embassies, consulates, and overseas visa agents to ensure smooth document flow and faster processing.Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout the residency process.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports related to visa and residency operations.Stay updated on changes in Saudi immigration laws, residency programs, and related regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Immigration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration services / visa processing / government relations in Saudi Arabia.Proven hands‑on experience with Premium Residency (الإقامة المميزة) — mandatory.Strong knowledge of Saudi visa platforms and government systems (Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, MISA, MOFA, Riyadh Chamber, SBC).Experience working with embassies, consulates, and overseas visa agencies.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).Strong client‑service mindset, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information and urgent requests with professionalism.BenefitsHigh‑performing and fast‑paced work environment.Comprehensive Health Insurance.Rewards and recognition.Learning & Development.#BayutKSABayut is an equal‑opportunity employer.
