Premium Real Estate Sales Associate - Dubai/Abu Dhabi

<p>Empire Events Management is hiring Real Estate Sales Associates to support the promotion of premium property developments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.</p><p>This is a client-facing role for professionals who are confident, polished in communication, and comfortable engaging with prospective buyers and investors in high-end environments. The selected candidates will represent leading real estate projects at sales centers, property launches, exhibitions, and promotional activations, while helping generate qualified leads for the developer’s sales teams.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>-Represent premium real estate projects across various promotional locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi</p><p>-Engage professionally with prospective buyers and investors</p><p>-Introduce projects and communicate their key selling points clearly</p><p>-Generate and qualify leads for the developer’s internal sales team</p><p>-Maintain strong brand representation and professional conduct at all times</p><p>-Support real estate events, launches, exhibitions, and activations</p><p>Candidate Requirements:</p><p>-Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>-Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach</p><p>-Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, promotions, or real estate is preferred</p><p>-Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus</p><p>-Comfortable working across multiple project locations</p><p>-Able to commit to a full-time role under a 2-year contract</p><p>-Salary: AED 9,000 – AED 14,000 per month</p><p>-Visa and legal documentation support, if required</p><p>-Opportunity to work with leading real estate developers in the UAE</p><p>-Exposure to premium property projects and international clientele</p><p>-Professional growth in a dynamic, client-facing environment</p><p>How to Apply:</p><p>-Please apply through LinkedIn by submitting your CV.</p><p>-Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the recruitment process.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
