Pre-Sales Solution Architect

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>Grow with us</p><h3>About this opportunity</h3><p>Lead the<b>pre-sales activities for in-building solutions in KSA</b>, shaping competitive and winning solutions.</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li>Own end-to-end pre-sales for IBS, from discovery and solution shaping to proposal and delivery handover.</li><li>Engage customers early, capture use cases and KPIs, and translate into architectures and BoQs.</li><li>Design and validate solutions for multi-operator DAS, small cells, and indoor 5G readiness.</li><li>Build value cases, TCO, and commercial models, align with sales on price to win, and support contract terms and risk mitigations.</li><li>Lead technical presentations, RFPs, demos, and trials, and drive technical consensus with customers and partners.</li><li>Orchestrate cross‑functional teams, SIs, and ecosystem partners to land high‑quality indoor coverage and capacity outcomes.</li><li>Guide delivery on design intent, acceptance KPIs, and performance assurance through launch.</li></ul><h3>What you will bring</h3><ul><li>10+ years in radio and in‑building solutions, with proven pre‑sales leadership on complex venues and enterprise programs.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Ericsson Radio System and Ericsson Radio DOT System, IBS design toolchain, performance assurance, and E2E integration.</li><li>Strong customer presence, able to influence senior stakeholders and align multi‑party technical decisions.</li><li>Commercial acumen, with experience in price to win, scope control, and risk management.</li><li>Collaborative mindset, comfortable navigating operators, partners, and SIs.</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Experience across KSA enterprise sectors or indoor telecom providers.</li><li>Arabic and English fluency.</li><li>Relevant certifications in RF design and in‑building systems.</li></ul><h3>Why join Ericsson?</h3><p>At Ericsson, you’ll have an outstanding opportunity.
