Supports and develops the sales force in the field, bringing in-depth knowledge of Emergency Lighting products and systems and their value proposition in the application field, in order to ensure effective prescription and sales actions.</p><h3>Offer</h3><ul><li><b>Emergency Lighting (main offer)</b>, luminaires (anti-panic and exit signs), self-contained systems, and Central Battery System AC/AC and AC/DC.</li><li><b>KNX Home Automation</b>knowledge is a plus</li></ul><h3>Area of interest</h3><p>KSAPYB Cluster (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Yemen and Bahrain)</p><h3>What you will do</h3><ol><li>Design and quote Emergency Lighting solutions, highlighting strengths to leverage, points of attention for sales activities and supporting the selling price identification</li><li>Ensure effective prescription actions to Consultants and End Users, supporting the sales force involved in influencing and prescribing Schneider Emergency Lighting Solution.</li><li>Directly involved with customers and partners for field action plan.</li><li>Support, train and develop the sales force and partners in terms of technical knowledge of the offer and value proposition in the various application areas to increase their autonomy.</li><li>Identify and promote best practices, build standard configurations and solutions, and scale them as examples to simplify the adoption of effective sales actions</li><li>Contribute to the development of digital tools for prescription and sales, collaborating with the relevant local and group departments.</li><li>Be point of reference and expert of international standard and local regulations about Emergency Lighting</li><li>Work closely with Emergency Lighting Offer Manager to lead pipeline generation, offer adoption and win opportunities</li></ol><h3>What will help you to do your job at the best</h3><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of emergency lighting principles</li><li>KNX and Home Automation knowledge is a plus</li><li>Ability to influence with leadership and empathy</li><li>Passionate about technology</li><li>Focus on innovation and change</li><li>Challenger of the status quo</li><li>Capacity to learn quickly and become point of reference for the organization</li><li>Business Development attitude</li></ul><p>You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
