Job Title: Pre-Sales ManagerExperience Level: 10-12 yearsIndustry: Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Managed Security ServicesRole SummarySeeking a dynamic and detail-orientedPre-Sales Managerto join our fast-growing cybersecurity startup. This role combines technical pre-sales leadershipand end-to-end project delivery management.The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the RFP/proposal lifecycle across various security services (SOC, GRC, AppSec, VAPT, OT Security, Secure SDLC, etc.), as well as driving project execution, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination for awarded projects.This is a techno-functional role best suited for a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with a blend of solution architecture, business communication, and delivery managementcapabilities.Pre-Sales & Proposal Management (50%)Analyze RFPs/RFIs and design tailored technical proposals, solution architectures, and effort estimates.Work closely with solution architects, and SMEs to produce high-quality responses.Create detailed Scope of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BoM), and technical compliance matrices.Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, demos, and clarifications during bid stages.Manage proposal submission schedules and track win/loss ratiosto optimize pre-sales strategies.Project Management (50%)Manage full project lifecycle across cybersecurity domains including kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and resource assignments.Conduct regular status meetingsand client updates.Ensure project delivery meets timelines and contractual obligations.Interface with internal teams (SOC, VAPT, GRC, DevSecOps) and third-party vendors for successful execution.Manage change requests, scope creep, and customer escalations.Required Skills and Experience10-12 yearsof experiencein cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, or project management roles.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains:VAPT / Red TeamSOC / SIEMGRC / ISMS / ComplianceAppSec / DevSecOps / SDLC SecurityOT SecurityProven experience responding to RFPs/tendersfrom large enterprises or government entities.Hands-on experience with project management methodologies(Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, SharePointExcellent written and verbal communication skills – English mandatory, Arabic is a plus.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications such as:PMP, Prince2, or Scrum MasterCISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 LAPre-sales accreditations(e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto SE, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect)#J-18808-Ljbffr
