Job Description
Redington Middle East and Africa provides end-to-end supply chain solutions for all categories of Information Technology products (PCs, PC building blocks, networking, software and enterprise solution products) and Consumer and Lifestyle products (Telecom, Digital Lifestyle products, Entertainment products and Digital Printing Machines) to over 100 international brands. Redington Gulf (a subsidiary of Redington India) is amongst the leading supply chain solution providers in Middle East, Africa, Turkey (via Arena Bilgisayar) and CIS region for leading manufacturers of Information Technology, Telecom and Lifestyle products.Job Purpose: The Pre-Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities. Transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers.Job Responsibilities:Channel and partner Engagement, BOQ, POCs generations, Demos to partners.Conducting technical trainings and Boot camps.Channel Enablement.Partner enablement training and certification.Account mapping and pipeline management (Resellers, end customers).Being updated and technically certified with all the vendor certifications.The anticipated split of the Pre-Sales Consultant’s time will be 80% on Technical Sales and 20% on Service Delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology solutions architecture / pre-sales role.Proven ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.Analytical and problem‑solving skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
