Job PurposeTo lead the prescription and pre-qualification of wiring accessories for the hospitality sector, focusing on securing product specifications with designers, consultants, and hotel operators. The role ensures technical compliance, drives product approvals, and supports market positioning through strategic stakeholder engagement.Key Accountability AreasPre-Qualification ManagementReview and analyze specifications, tender documents, and client requirements.Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents for products, systems, and suppliers.Ensure compliance with international standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.Prescription & Technical SupportDevelop and recommend technical prescriptions for materials, equipment, and solutions.Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve product acceptance and approval.Provide guidance to internal teams on product specifications and technical submittals.Documentation & ApprovalsMaintain an updated database of approved products, suppliers, and certifications.Track and follow up on approval status with consultants and stakeholders.Stakeholder EngagementParticipate in technical meetings, presentations, and workshops to promote company solutions.Support sales and business development teams with technical expertise.Monitor market trends, competitor approvals, and new technologies for business advantage.Compliance AssuranceEnsuring that the company meets all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements necessary for prequalification.Verifying compliance with industry standards, government regulations, environmental regulations, health and safety requirements, and ethical standards.Role AccountabilityHR ProficiencyAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.DeliveryPerform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-SolvingSolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.QualityEnsure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process ImprovementsCoordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.ComplianceComply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and EnvironmentEnsure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined areas of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical EngineeringWork Experience2 to 4 YearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesRegulatory Compliance, Technical Writing, Data Analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
