Team Praxis works with entrepreneurs/founders and C‑suite to the front‑line executives across business streams, helping them with end‑to‑end business enablement, organizational transformation, and revenue maximization support in an agile environment.#GrowWithPraxisAbout the roleThis role is in the Food & Agriculture practice of Praxis Global Alliance, where engagements will involve strategy (GTM, revenue acceleration, cost reduction, sourcing strategies, etc.) & due‑diligence (CDD, ODD, VDD) projectsSenior consultants / team leaders run multiple workstreams in projects along with their associates end to end, have full ownership of the deliverables and assume leadership roles on their team- as such, your team's successes also enhance your own personal results storySenior consultants engage in complex client interactions and shape senior‑level thinking. You provide answers, explain strategic implications, and foster a culture of giving back by inspiring colleagues and the firm to contribute their talentsKey ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility of the project delivery, client impact, project success, project management, team development and trainingOwnership of analysis on Excel and be comfortable with handling data to derive meaningful insightsConceptualize and structure key initiatives for clients based on their prioritiesWork collaboratively with Praxis Principals, Managers, Associate Consultants, and cross‑functional data science and technology teamsBe extremely focused on outcomes; Be flexible to deal with ambiguous and dynamic environment, morph as requiredDesired CompetenciesMinimum 4-5 years of management consulting experience or equivalent at a reputed consulting firmMinimum 2 years of experience in the food and agriculture sector, with involvement in strategy or due diligence projects across downstream and upstream companiesDeep expertise across the agricultural value chain, with experience in specialized sectors such as agri inputs, animal health, crop protection, import‑export, sustainable farming practices, precision agriculture, farm equipment and mechanization, food processing, cold chain logistics, retail & distribution and agri‑techAbility to manage multiple workstreams alongside associates under them, showcasing strong multitasking skills and handling up to two projects simultaneouslyStrong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in outputAnalytical, ability to derive patterns from data/push for insightsResourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and client requirementsAbility to work and influence in client settings and work collaboratively with counterparts in business partner teams to drive impact together at clientsHigh focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients to actionProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a mustMust be a value‑driven individual with high degree of integrityEducational and other requirementsExperience in food & agriculture companies & in line functions will be considered a plusGraduate degree with strong academic performance, preferably
