Fruit Farm Supervisor

Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fruit Farm Supervisor to oversee the procurement, handling, and quality control of fresh fruits for a prestigious Fruit farm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fruit supply operations, ensuring that only the highest quality fruits are selected and prepared for consumption.As a Fruit Supervisor, you will work closely with vendors, kitchen staff, and other departments within the palace to maintain exceptional standards in food quality and presentation. If you have a passion for fruits and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOversee the selection, ordering, and storage of fresh fruits for the royal palaceEnsure the quality and freshness of fruits is maintained at all timesCollaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop fruit-related menus and presentationsSupervise and train staff on proper handling and storage techniques for fruitsMaintain inventory control and manage procurement effortsConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standardsKeep up-to-date with trends in fruits and seasonal availabilityQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in the horticultural or food industry, with a focus on fruitsStrong knowledge of different fruit varieties, handling, and storage practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to maintain high standards of quality and presentationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work varied hours as requiredSalary: AED 3,500 plus free accommodation, Food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
