Job Description As a Test Automation Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing automated testing strategies and frameworks to ensure the highest quality of software products. Your expertise in Selenium and Playwright will be essential in collaborating with the software development team to identify and prioritize software defects, develop automation scripts, and enhance existing automation frameworks. Your contributions will drive the software development process towards agility and speed while maintaining quality. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium. - Collaborate with the development team to understand the application for effective test automation. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to the testing team in test automation. - Continuously improve test automation strategies and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Playwright for creating automated tests. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Solid understanding of Selenium for test automation. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be an advantage. Additional Company Details: The company values expertise in other automation tools like Appium, TestComplete, or QTP. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is preferred. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI, version control systems like Git, and experience with database testing and SQL are highly regarded in this role.
