About the Role We're hiring a PR & Influence Director to lead and grow our PR & Influence capability in Qatar, based in Doha. This is a high profile leadership role with strategic, operational, and commercial responsibilities. You'll be part of the Agency Leadership Team, shaping the future of PR & Influence in Qatar and contributing to the regional practice. What You'll Do Growth & Commercial LeadershipOwn revenue growth and profitability across the PR & Influence portfolio. Team LeadershipBuild, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client work. Client LeadershipLead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction. Talent DevelopmentAttract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda. New Business DevelopmentDrive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients. Capability & Strategic ExpansionEnhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions. What You'll Need Proven leadership of large, diverse teams. Extensive PR agency experience at a Senior level. Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth. Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients. Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
