Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than4,100 associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.As part of the continued growth across the Middle East, we have an exciting new opportunity for a PR & Partnerships Manager to join our team, based in Dubai.This regional role will support markets across the GCC and wider Middle East, working cross-functionally to develop and deliver breakthrough PR and high-impact partnerships with close collaboration across local markets.We are looking for a PR & Partnerships Manager with strong strategic thinking and a broad spectrum of skills — from storytelling and media relations to building commercially-driven partnerships and integrated campaigns across the region.The PR & Partnerships function plays a critical role in protecting and promoting the brand, driving awareness, and building meaningful connections with consumers and key stakeholders. This role will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the regional PR and partnerships strategy, working closely with brand marketing, social, and growth teams.You will lead efforts to promote the brand across all media types and partnership channels — delivering earned media across lifestyle, business, tech, and culture, while unlocking strategic collaborations that amplify reach and impact. As the brand continues to grow in the region, this will be a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.This role will be responsible for creating and delivering successful campaigns to support key launches, brand moments, and partnerships, ensuring integration across PR, digital, social, and partnerships to maximise efficiency and ROI. The role will also support relationships with PR agencies, partners, and key stakeholders across the region.What you’ll doManage day-to-day PR and partnerships activity, working closely with local Marketing and Social Media teams to execute business strategy across key Middle Eastern markets.Develop and localise high-impact PR assets, including press releases, media kits, and storytelling materials, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional media across lifestyle, business, tech, and trade press.Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, creators, and industry stakeholders to drive awareness and commercial impact.Oversee external PR agencies and partners to deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, media placements, and partnership activations.Evaluate and execute co-marketing opportunities and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.Manage and oversee award entries, media reviews, and press office activity to maximise coverage and brand visibility.Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver against KPIs across PR and partnerships.Communicate regularly with regional and global teams on content priorities, campaigns, and partnership opportunities.Share best practices and market insights across local and global teams.Manage budgets and track spend across PR and partnerships activity in the region.Measure and evaluate performance — delivering regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimise future activity.What you’ll bringProven experience in PR, communications, and/or partnerships (consumer-focused preferred).Experience working across Middle Eastern markets, with strong understanding of regional media and cultural landscape.A multi-tasker who can switch seamlessly between strategy and execution.Proven experience managing external agencies and partners, driving performance and results.Strong media relations skills with an existing network across regional press and platforms.Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns with a range of objectives and KPIs.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and deliver high-impact partnership opportunities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.Strong understanding of industry trends to inform campaign planning and partnership strategy.Experience managing day‑to‑day press office activity, including media requests, product seeding, and coverage tracking.Data‑driven with strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimise activity.Adaptable, agile, and comfortable operating in a fast‑pace
