PP Strap Machine Operator

Job SummaryRehana Al Ofoq Factory is looking for a skilled PP Strap Machine Operator to operate a Full Automatic PP Strap Production Machine. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in machine operation, parameter adjustment, production monitoring, product quality control, and handling basic operational issues.This role is essential to ensure stable production, reduced material waste, and consistent product quality in line with approved specifications.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate the PP strap production machine and adjust machine settings according to required sizes and product specifications.Monitor the full production process from start-up to final winding, including temperature, speed, stretching, and cooling control.Continuously inspect product quality during operation and ensure compliance with approved specifications for thickness, width, color, and tensile strength.Handle PP500 raw material properly and ensure efficient usage while minimizing waste and production loss.Identify operational issues and minor machine faults, and take the appropriate initial corrective action within the allowed operating limits.Stop the machine when necessary and immediately report any issue affecting safety, quality, or machine performance to the maintenance team or supervisor.Perform daily machine cleaning and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Record daily operating data such as running time, downtime, produced sizes, production quantities, waste, and technical observations.Follow all factory operating procedures and occupational safety requirements.Cooperate with the production, maintenance, and quality teams to support continuous operation and performance improvementRequirements and QualificationsTechnical diploma or certificate in a relevant engineering or industrial field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Operation, or Production.Previous hands-on experience in operating plastic manufacturing machines, preferably PP Strap, PET Strap, or extrusion lines.Good understanding of machine setting control, especially temperature, speed, stretching, and winding parameters.Ability to detect basic operational faults and handle them at an initial level.Good discipline, commitment, and ability to work under pressure in an industrial environment.Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and operational follow-up.Previous experience in factories or automated production lines is preferred.Required SkillsAbility to operate and monitor industrial machines effectively.Good understanding of product quality requirements and technical specifications.Strong attention to detail and continuous process monitoring.Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Teamwork, discipline, and commitment to work instructions#J-18808-Ljbffr
