Power BI Developer Immediate Joiners Only

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, managing, and deploying interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, DAX, and SQL, as well as the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Dashboards: Design, create, and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for business users.Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient querying and data visualization.DAX Functions: Develop and implement custom measures and calculations using DAX to enhance reporting capabilities.Data Integration: Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud data platforms, etc.) and ensure seamless data extraction and transformation.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver user-friendly solutions.Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.Security Implementation: Set up row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures to ensure the right people have access to the right data.Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of reports, data models, and processes for future reference and team collaboration.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Mobile).Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language).Experience in SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python (optional but preferred).Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Capability to transform business requirements into technical solutions.Other Requirements:3-6 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Data Services, such as Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse.Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView.Understanding of Agile methodologies for project delivery.Certifications in Power BI or related data technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
