If you possess exceptional analytical skills and a passion for the cryptocurrency industry, we invite you to join us as we ex-change the world.ResponsibilitiesIncident HandlingSupport projects during major incidents (e.g. hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc)Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and ProjectsWork with internal BUs and external project to minimize impactResearch and Risk ManagementConduct review on performance of listed tokensUnderstand quantitative and qualitative metrics used in reviewing tokens – e.g. product adoption metrics, on-chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etcIdentify risks associated with tokensRecommend and implement measures based on risks associated with tokenEvaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc)Write concise reports on risks identified, requests and incidentsDrive initiatives to improve risk detection and risk mitigationOperationsOnboard new listings (e.g. gather key info, prepare for trading)Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (e.g. airdrop, cross chain swap, old to new swap, etc)Optimize process/SOPRequirements5-9 years of proven success (research or consulting experience is relevant)Critical thinker and able to grasp key principles & identify root causesAnalytical and structuredStrong interpersonal skills, including negotiationGood crypto knowledgeDriven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisionsWhy BinanceShape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystemCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structureTackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environmentThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuousli>Competitive salary and company benefitsWork-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
