You and the team will be responsible for managing all aspects of the POS Ops function, with close collaboration with key parties such as the EMEIA POS Operations team, In-store Tech, local field staff and sales, resellers HQ and external agencies.Apple expects innovation in every part of the company. The POS Ops team ensures seamless program deployment and lifecycle management, and supports programmatic implementation of the O2O experience across the region.ResponsibilitiesBe a trusted advisor who does what you say you’ll do and fights for excellence, always prioritizing Apple’s customer experience.Maintain a strategic mindset to define and align POS Ops priorities with sales organization goals.Drive and execute global or local programs aligned to business priorities for all routes to markets.Deliver outstanding presentations and clearly communicate POS Ops activities in large forums.Build appropriate rapports and effective relationships with central, regional, and local stakeholders, including POS Ops peers across regions.Demonstrate strong project management skills; manage, monitor, and communicate progress on complex projects and adapt as issues arise.Handle own workload and work independently in a dynamic environment.Manage time effectively, including multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing.Partner with key business partners to ensure timely execution during challenging periods of нов product introductions.Be a disruptor to elevate the customer experience, even when it’s not the easy thing to do.Collaborate with peers to share knowledge and best practices, bringing hub knowledge to your market.Contribute to a collaborative environment and provide support to ensure projects are resolved; be agile when extra help is needed.Know who to connect with and when; be seen as a true collaborator who knows what it takes to win.Minimum QualificationsProven track record in deploying branded programs at scale.Extensive experience in POS Ops roles.Experience working in a matrix environment with extensive collaboration with central and/or worldwide teams.Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.At Apple, we’re not all the same.
