POS Installation & Activation Specialist

We are looking for a POS Installation & Activation Specialist to join our Operations team and support the deployment and activation of POS devices across partner locations.This role involves on‑site installations, technical troubleshooting, partner training, and ensuring smooth device activation within the required SLA.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit partner locations to install and activate POS devicesConfigure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivityConduct device testing and activation verificationTrain partners and staff on basic device usage and operationsDiagnose and resolve technical issues on‑site (hardware, connectivity, software)Replace or reconfigure devices when requiredDocument installation activities and update activation workflowsCoordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issuesEnsure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelinesRequirements+1 years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deploymentStrong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issuesGood communication skills when dealing with partners and merchantsAbility to work in field operations and travel between locationsValid driving license and willingness to travelAbility to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs#J-18808-Ljbffr
