DescriptionKey Accountabilities of the role Client/ Business Acquisition :Channels Cooperation:Management of service delivery:Control and Risk Mitigation:Generating of new business via out marketing activities gold center contacts and existing networkIncreasing team revenue and productivity by cross- selling and up-selling remotely.Acquiring new to bank customersIdentifying new potential expansion locationsConverting in-bound and outbound leads to salesBuilding a strong trust relationship with key customersMaintaining a loyal pool of customers/alliances who refer potential customersCarrying out the function(s) remotely of promoting the financial products.Collection of the required information and dataEvaluation of the clients ability and appetite to handle the risks (Risk Profile) and the detailed functions associated therewith.Making referrals to other channels based on identified customer needs.Smoothly implementing of Priority Banking services across surrounding branchesMonitoring service levels for customer satisfaction remotely.Customer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution account closures and inquiries remotely.Getting ad-hoc customer feedback remotely.Reviewing of credit applicationsAdhering to laid out processes and procedures.Ensuring appropriate and adequate documentationIdentifying trends of errors and proactively advice processes improvementsSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:University degree or a recognized professional certificate.Experience of no less than three years in the area of the financial analysis financial markets investment wealth management or financial planning.Detailed knowledge of ADIBs Retail Banking products & servicesExperience in sales product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/ retail HNIsBroad knowledge of ADIBs Retail Credit & Operational Policies & ProceduresSpecific Knowledge of UAE banking practices regulations & risksUAE Financial Rules & Regulations CertificationInternational Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3)Good Knowledge of competitors in the local marketMust have led a team of professionalsDetailed knowledge of service standardsTraining & Presentation skillsComputer SkillsPrevious experience:Minimum (5) yearsof Related Banking experience in U.A.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Project / Program Management,Project Portfolio Management,Portfolio Management,Credit Analysis,Banking,Pricing,Analysis Skills,Project Management,Financial Analysis,Budgeting,Property Management,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
