Job Title: Portfolio ManagerTerm: 12 monthsLocation: Dubai, UAERelevant experience: 12+ years in card portfolio management or a related field.Mandatory requirementsKnowledge of the cards market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.Proficiency in data analysis and portfolio management tools, Excel, and Tableau.PURPOSE OF JOBBuilding and managing lifecycle management program for Client to increase card activeness, spend per active card, achieve lower inactivation and product attrition by leveraging advanced analytics and marketingTASKSCore Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to optimize the cards portfolio performance, including pricing, promotions, and product enhancements.Lead and mentor the cards portfolio management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to enhance product offerings and customer experience.Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decisions.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of governance and risk managementKnowledge and Experience12+ years of experience in cards portfolio management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience in developing and launching new card products, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.Strong understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators, including Net Interest Margin (NIM), Fee Income, Charge-off Rates, Delinquency Rates, Average Spend per Card, Activation Rates, and Customer Retention RatesFamiliarity with card management systems (CMS) and payment processing platforms.Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention tools, as well as risk management systems.Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the UAEMandatory SkillsIn-depth knowledge of the cards market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.Proficiency in data analysis and portfolio management tools, Excel, and Tableau.#J-18808-Ljbffr
