We are looking for a detail-oriented Portal Specialist (Female Only) to manage and maintain property listings across multiple real estate portals. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality listings.Key ResponsibilitiesUpload, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding standardsMonitor listing performance and visibilityCoordinate with agents to collect correct property details, photos, and pricesRemove expired or sold listings promptlyHandle portal accounts, subscriptions, and compliance requirementsMaintain organised records of all active and inactive listingsRequirementsLanguages: Arabic and English (Fluent)Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industryMinimum 1 year of experience in the same roleStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with MadhmounHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
