Pool Technician - Luxury Resort

DescriptionApt Resources is looking for a qualified Pool Technician to join a luxury resort team in the Red this role you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness safety and functionality of swimming pools and other aquatic facilities at the resort. Your expertise will help maintain a five-star experience for guests by ensuring that all pool areas are well kept and in excellent working condition.Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pool equipment including pumps filters heaters and chemical feeders. Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions. Clean pool surfaces including tiles decks and surrounding areas. Perform repairs on pool equipment and structures as needed. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns regarding pool conditions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and water quality tests. Adhere to health and safety regulations ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Requirements Proven experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of pool maintenance repair techniques and chemical balance. Familiarity with various pool cleaning equipment and chemical testing kits. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in pool maintenance or related fields is a plus.
