Job SummaryOur Client is a well-established landscape, irrigation, and outdoor environment services company in the UAE. They are hiring for a PMV Manager responsible for end‑to‑end management of Plant, Machinery, Vehicles, and operational support to projects. The role ensures optimal utilization of assets, cost control, compliance, availability, and smooth coordination between sites, workshops, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPMV & Asset ManagementOversee the planning, allocation, and utilization of all plant, machinery, and vehicles across projectsEnsure equipment availability as per project requirements and timelinesMaintain accurate records of PMV inventory, movement, deployment, and idle assetsControl PMV-related costs including rentals, fuel, maintenance, and repairsMonitor asset lifecycle, depreciation, replacement planning, and disposalOperations & Project SupportCoordinate with project teams to understand operational and PMV needsSupport project mobilization and demobilization activitiesEnsure minimal downtime of equipment through proactive planningResolve operational bottlenecks impacting site productivitySupport emergency breakdowns and urgent siteMaintenance & Workshop ManagementOversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedulesEnsure workshops function efficiently with proper manpower, tools, and sparesMonitor maintenance quality, turnaround time, and cost effectivenessCoordinate with OEMs, service providers, and vendorsCompliance & SafetyEnsure all vehicles and equipment comply with statutory, safety, and legal requirementsMonitor registrations, permits, insurance, third‑party certifications, and renewalsEnforce safety standards for equipment operation and site usageSupport audits and inspections related to PMV and operationsVendor & Contract ManagementManage rental vendors, transporters, fuel suppliers, and maintenance contractorsNegotiate rates, control costs, and monitor vendor performanceEnsure timely billing, documentation, and coordination with financeTeam ManagementLead and manage PMV supervisors, coordinators, drivers, operators, and mechanicsAssign responsibilities and monitor performanceProvide guidance, training, and discipline where requiredReporting & MISPrepare and review PMV utilization reports, cost analysis, and downtime reportsTrack KPIs related to efficiency, cost savings, and asset performanceProvide regular updates to management on operational status and risksRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (preferred)10–15 years of experience in PMV / Operations managementGCC experience preferredExperience managing large fleets and multiple project sites#J-18808-Ljbffr
