Join a team committed to shaping the future of transmission and energy systems while playing a key role in building sustainable, world-class infrastructure across the region and globally.Position BriefThe PMO Officer supports the Project Management Office by managing project documentation, tracking approvals and reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth project operations. The role involves maintaining pre-qualification documents, updating project and employee records, preparing trackers and reports, and supporting compliance and insurance processes.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-ups across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Office DocumentationManage and update company pre-qualification documentsMaintain CSI Company Profile updatesUpdate project approvals and employee certificatesMaintain and update organizational chartFollow-up & CoordinationFollow up on new offers with clientsHandle pre-qualification comments and updatesCoordinate with Finance, HR, and Admin departments for pending management mattersFollow up with Project Managers on PMO requirementsReportingMaintain Project Approvals TrackerPrepare New Offers Tracker ReportUpdate Employee Mobilization PlannerPrepare Employee Histogram ReportSocial Media CoordinationGather photos and videos of various activities of projectsUpload project data to server foldersCoordinate with social media team for company promotionsProject InsuranceManage project insurance processes (professional indemnity, public liability, etc.)Complete documentation and coordinate until policy issuanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field3–7 years of experience in PMO, Technical Office, or similar roleStrong documentation and reporting skillsExcellent coordination and follow-up abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel reporting is essential)Strong communication skillsProject management certifications and familiarity with project management tools such as (MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Click up or similar) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
