All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to the following (which is a non-exhaustive list): race, colour, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or other characteristics in accordance with the relevant governing laws.ResponsibilitiesConstruction & ExecutionOversee offshore construction activities including platforms, jackets, topsides, pipelines, subsea structures, hook‑up & commissioning (HUC).Monitor EPC contractor construction performance to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards.Review and approve construction methodologies, work packs, lift plans, and marine spreads.Ensure effective coordination between offshore and onshore teams.Schedule & Progress ControlMonitor construction progress against approved schedules and milestones.Identify potential delays and support development of recovery and mitigation plans.Participate in progress meetings and provide accurate progress reporting.HSE & QualityEnsure strict adherence to ADNOC HSE policies, procedures, and Life‑Saving Rules.Promote safe construction practices and intervene in unsafe acts or conditions.Ensure construction activities meet quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) requirements.Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations.Interface ManagementAct as the key interface between
