OverviewJob Title:Plumber – Water Distribution SystemsJob Location:Al Sailiya, QatarIndustry:ConstructionContract Duration:3 Months (Extendable)Employment Type:ContractExperience & Certification Requirements (MANDATORY)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experienceinwater distribution systems repair and maintenanceFully Certified Plumber – Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber ONLYConstruction industry experience is mandatoryEligibilityApplicant must belocally available in QatarMust hold avalid Freelance VisaJob ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repairwater distribution systems , includingchilled water, steam, heating, potable water, gas, drainage, and sewage systemsInspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, lift stations, and other plumbing components to identify malfunctionsPerform preventive maintenance inspections and execute corrective maintenance worksAssemble and install pipes, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, solvent welding, caulking, or solderingOperate plumbing tools and equipment such as reamers, threading machines, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and standard hand toolsInstall and service pumps, piping networks, fixtures, and plumbing systems above and below groundAccurately capture and update maintenance data in Maximo or similar CMMS systemsEnsure work is carried out in accordance with construction drawings, codes, safety regulations, and site proceduresPerform additional plumbing-related duties as assigned by site managementKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in water distribution and plumbing systemsAbility to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specificationsProven experience in preventive and corrective maintenanceGood manual dexterity and physical capability for site-based workStrong awareness of construction safety standards
