Plumber (Sanitary Sewer Systems)Job Title:Plumber – Sanitary Sewer SystemsJob Location:Al Sailiya, QatarIndustry:ConstructionContract Duration:3 Months (Extendable)Experience & Certification Requirements (MANDATORY)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experienceinsanitary sewer systems installation, repair, and maintenanceFully Certified Plumber – Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber ONLYProven experience working on sanitary sewer and drainage systemsConstruction industry experience is mandatoryEligibilityApplicant must be locally available in QatarMust hold a valid Freelance VisaJob ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repairsanitary sewer systems , includingdrainage, sewage, chilled water, steam, heating, potable water, and gas systemsInspectjoints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, lift stations , and related plumbing components to identify malfunctionsPerformpreventive maintenance inspectionsand execute corrective maintenance repairsAssemble and installpipe sections, tubing, and fittingsusing couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent welding, caulking, or solderingOperate plumbing equipment and hand tools such asreamers, threading tools, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes , and related toolsInstall and maintainpumps, piping networks, fixtures , and plumbing systems above and below groundAccurately record maintenance activities, work orders, and inspection data inMaximo or similar CMMS systemsEnsure all plumbing work complies withconstruction drawings, local codes, safety regulations, and site proceduresPerform other plumbing-related duties as assigned by site supervisionKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise insanitary sewer and drainage systemsAbility to read and interpretplumbing drawings and specificationsExperience inpreventive and corrective maintenanceExcellent manual dexterity and physical ability to work in confined and underground areasStrong awareness ofconstruction site safety standards
