The successful candidate will be expected to assess customer needs and provide solutions that fit their budget while adhering to safety regulations. Further responsibilities include surveying buildings and preparing reports on the condition of systems; responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests; performing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting mechanical problems; and repairing or replacing broken parts or fixtures as needed.
