The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the poultry industry, specifically in poultry pre-mix production, with hands‑on experience in setting up and managing plant operations.This role demands leadership in driving efficiency, quality, and safety across plant operations, while ensuring seamless production of poultry feed pre‑mixes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee complete operations of the Poultry Pre-Mix manufacturing plant.Lead the setup and commissioning of new pre‑mix production lines and equipment.Manage and optimize production processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets.Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and production planning.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Coordinate with R&D and procurement teams for formulation and raw material sourcing.Train and lead plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimum downtime.Prepare reports on plant performance, production output, and quality metrics.Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.6 to 10 years of experience in the Poultry industry, with proven expertise in Poultry Pre‑Mix plant operations.Hands‑on experience in setting up, running, and managing pre‑mix manufacturing units.Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation is a plus.Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
