Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 01/14/2026Plans, manages, and executes preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all construction vehicles, heavy equipment, and plant machinery across multiple project sites.Establishes and maintains comprehensive maintenance records, equipment histories, and compliance documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.Monitors plant and equipment performance across all sites through regular inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure optimal utilization and availability.Coordinates closely with Operations Teams to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimize downtime, and ensure continuity of operations.Assesses, forecasts, and manages spare parts and consumables requirements, ensuring availability while controlling inventory costs.Leads and coordinates the mobilization and allocation of plant, machinery, and PMV resources across projects within designated regions, ensuring timely deployment and efficient utilization.Oversees all plant and PMV operations, including setting up plant infrastructure at project sites and monitoring operational efficiency, safety, and productivity.Leads, manages, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the PMV Department, including planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring of all plant and equipment activities.Identifies and implements cost-reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in workshops, garages, and on-site operations.Manages and leads PMV personnel, including supervision, coaching, training, performance evaluation, and discipline, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.Ensures all plant operations comply with HSE standards, company policies, and contractual obligations.Performs any other duties as assigned by senior management in line with business and operational requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering12+ years of experience in fieldExperience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
