Responsible for safety audits ofheavy vehiclesandoilfield equipmentto ensure fullregulatory complianceandoperational safetyRole & responsibilitiesSafety Inspections:Perform comprehensive safety audits on heavy vehicles (cranes, forklifts, trucks) and oilfield equipment to ensure 100% operational readiness.Asset Compliance:Verify that drilling rigs, pumps, and pressure vessels meet all international oil and gas regulatory standards and maintenance protocols.Defect Management:Identify equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs and recommend immediate repairs or replacements to prevent operational downtime.Risk Mitigation:Conduct hazard assessments to identify electrical, flammable, or ergonomic risks, ensuring a high-standard, accident-free work environment.Technical Documentation:Maintain precise inspection records and generate detailed analytical reports to track asset health and compliance history.Preferred candidate profileExperience:5+ years in multi-discipline Oil & Gas projects.Education:Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile EngineeringRegional Knowledge:Strong familiarity with GCC safety regulations and environmental conditions.Technical Savvy:Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and maintenance manuals.
