Joining this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that will redefine urban mobility in the capital.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasks are tracked and milestones are achieved.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision-making.Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.SkillsQualifications & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 15+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways.Managerial Experience: Minimum 5+ years working as Planning & Reporting Manager.Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.Skills & CompetenciesLanguages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Software: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Mindset: A self-driven, result-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
