This includes developing service networks for newly developed land and community facilities such as schools mosques parks etc. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning controls design and engineering management and implementation of the development and early works packages.Main ResponsibilitiesPreparation and maintenance of the project work break down structure and integrated project master scheduleCoordination with Package Managers Consultants and ContractorsAnalysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors schedules and progress reportsPerform critical path analysis of schedulesPrepare independent risk analyses of Consultant and Contractor schedulesPreparation of monthly and weekly reports.Experience Skills and KnowledgeBSc construction management engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum overall relevant experience 15 yearsMinimum relevant experience 8 years in the same role in projects related to buildings villas community facilities or mixeduse developmentsMinimum Regional Experience 5 yearsSignificant experience working within Consultant or PMC setupsProfessional memberships and charterships requiredSound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major asset and civil infrastructure projectsExperienced user of Primavera P6 Pert master and MS OfficeExcellent knowledge of CPM networks resource and cost loading and risk management techniquesAbility to effectively monitor and analyse progress identify trends and recommend corrective actionsExcellent report writing skillsFluency in English both written and spoken Arabic speaking advantageous.CompetenciesLeadershipPlanning & organisingDetail orientedStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommercial awarenessStrong customer focusAccepts ResponsibilityHSE AwarenessRequired ExperienceManager#J-18808-Ljbffr
