With 30 offices across 14 countries, Fortil fosters entrepreneurial freedom and the empowerment of individual potential.</p><h3>Your Job Responsibilities</h3><p>As part of the development of our activities in the Naval&Shipbuilding sector in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Planning&Logistics Engineer (M/F).</p><p>Reporting to the Project Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Define and implement the build strategy and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for naval projects</li><li>Support planning and coordination of shipbuilding processes from production to outfitting</li><li>Manage and improve warehouse and logistics operations to ensure just-in-time supply and efficient flow of materials</li><li>Monitor and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality plans</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001 standards and classification society rules</li><li>Collaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and safety teams</li><li>Apply and promote Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures within operations</li><li>Use standard tools like MS Excel, Word, and planning software to support reporting and coordination</li></ul><h3>Your Profile&Personality</h3><ul><li>Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering</li><li>At least 4 years of experience in naval shipbuilding projects (planning, logistics, or production-related roles)</li><li>Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes, quality systems, and logistics management</li><li>Familiarity with classification society regulations (e.g., DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)</li><li>Good knowledge of technical documentation and reporting standards</li><li>English level B2 minimum (advanced level preferred)</li></ul><h3>Soft skills</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational and coordination abilities</li><li>Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and with multidisciplinary teams</li></ul><h3>Why join us?</h3><p>At Fortil, we implement concrete initiatives to support your development and ensure an inspiring work environment:</p><ul><li>Personalized support to help you grow your skills</li><li>An ecosystem that encourages you to step outside your comfort zone</li><li>The opportunity to become a shareholder</li><li>Involvement in community and non-profit projects</li><li>A dedicated policy to support parenthood</li></ul><p><b>Fortil is committed to equal opportunity.
