Reporting to the Project Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the build strategy and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for naval projectsSupport planning and coordination of shipbuilding processes from production to outfittingManage and improve warehouse and logistics operations to ensure just-in-time supply and efficient flow of materialsMonitor and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality plansEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001 standards and classification society rulesCollaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and safety teamsApply and promote Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures within operationsUse standard tools like MS Excel, Word, and planning software to support reporting and coordinationQualificationsDegree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval EngineeringAt least 4 years of experience in naval shipbuilding projects (planning, logistics, or production-related roles)Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes, quality systems, and logistics managementFamiliarity with classification society regulations (e.g., DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)Good knowledge of technical documentation and reporting standardsEnglish level B2 minimum (advanced level preferred)Soft skillsStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesProactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressure and with multidisciplinary teamsWhy join us?Personalized support to help you grow your skillsAn ecosystem that encourages you to step outside your comfort zoneThe opportunity to become a shareholderInvolvement in community and non-profit projectsA dedicated policy to support parenthoodEqual opportunityFortil is committed to equal opportunity.
