Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 15 Years post graduate experience with experience in major Infrastructure Projects or Programmes, Preference will be given to Drainage Pipeline, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations, TSE Pipelines, Surface Ground Water Systems, Underground Services and Civil Structures related experience.At least 8 years experience working for consultant firms on delivering multidisciplinary projects.Current and detailed knowledge of various scheduling, cost, collaboration and other IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project and Primavera P6).Extensive knowledge and experience of Extension of Time analysis for claims and variations.Demos table track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary Projects.In-depth knowledge of Project Controls Procedures.A “rounded profile”, with experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management analysis and commercial considerations.Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in an appropriate field such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Management or equivalent.Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.Minimum 8 years experience using planning software such as primavera or equivalent.Driver’s Licence.Interested candidates may share their updated Cv with the subject line to: (emailprotected)#J-18808-Ljbffr
